Q: HOW BIG IS THE STUDIO?
A: We offer 1,050 total sf of shooting space. The kitchen/studio is 530 sf with an adjoining gallery space that is 520 sf. Our studio can accommodate up to 40 guests for banquet seating & 150 guests for standing events.
Q: CAN THE SPACE BE DECORATED?
A: We encourage you to prepare decorations that reflect your creative requirements but ask that no nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items are used on our wall. Only low-tack tape is allowed on our floors and walls.
Q: DO YOU OFFER CLEANING SERVICES?
A: Cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We accept checks and all major credit cards.
Q: HOW DO DATE-HOLDS WORK & WHEN DO YOU REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT?
A: You can place a hold on your desired date of booking with a deposit. Date-hold deposits are 50% of your total booking rate and will go towards your payment. Booking is not confirmed unless the balance of your payment is received 10 days prior to the date of you reservation.
Q: DO YOU REQUIRE INSURANCE?
A: We'll need a copy of your Certificate of Insurance & ask that you meet our insurance requirements which will be provided with our rental agreement.
Q: CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
A: Date-hold deposits are non-refundable & cancellation notices must be received at least 5 days prior to the date of your booking to get a partial refund. Any cancellation notices received within 5 days of your rental will not be eligible for a refund.
We offer limited parking in our lot that can be reserved in advance.
The lot is located next to the red MALLET sign on 4th Ave S.
